Judge Mathis implemented the P.E.E.R program which focuses on reducing recidivism and preparing young men and woman that have been incarcerated for a positive transition back into their communities. This program professionally trains returning citizens in the field of janitorial franchise ownership; we register their new business with The State of Michigan and the IRS.
We support them by securing: commercial contracts , commercial equpitment, commercial cleaning supplies and they are insured and bonded. We also shadow each new franchise owner for the first 12 months to assist them with any needs to properly maintain their contracts.
